Description

Smart SFP IP SLA Probe Lite is a hardware appliance in SFP form factor for performance monitoring based on software agent. Deployed in enterprise headquarters, branch offices, remote sites and other facilities, it allows to extend the capabilities of the performance monitoring solution.

Smart SFP IP SLA Probe Lite can verify infrastructure connectivity and network performance, as well as monitor and troubleshoot application problems. Protocols such as DNS, HTTP and Voice can be used to verify response time or Mean Opinion Score (MOS). Tests can be run between agents on Smart SFP and other network hosts. Automated tests provide real-time network and application performance data, enabling IP SLA/NMS system to identify problems before the end users do.

Ability to install standard Linux packages provides a familiar diagnostic software at any network point on the network.

Easy integration with network monitoring systems such as Zabbix, Nagios, Cacti.
